Labs are displayed based on your country, making it easy to compare services tailored to your needs. And with new lab partners coming soon, your options are only getting broader.
Added Support for Medit Scanners
Following our successful integrations with iTero, 3Shape, Allied-Star, and Runyes, we are happy to welcome Medit scanners to the Titan family!
If you use a Medit scanner, you can now integrate it directly with Titan. The software will automatically find your scans, download them, and have them ready for you to start treatment planning right away.
Your scans import directly into Titan—no extra steps, no hassle—so you can get straight to planning with complete confidence.
Improved Direct Printing Shell Post-Processing
We’ve made significant improvements to the shell model to help you prevent black triangles and achieve a more accurate fit. With resolution adjustments, better trimline cuts, and exposed smoothing parameters, you have more control than ever.
The shell now supports interproximal waxing to avoid extra geometry, ensuring a cleaner and more precise result.
Export Hollow Models
One of your most requested features is finally here! You can now export hollow models to save resin and optimize your 3D printing. Reinforce your models with various infill patterns like honeycomb, triangles, or lattice.
Add drain holes to prevent resin accumulation and use chamfered sections for easy removal from the build plate.
A Better, More Intuitive Export Flow
Exporting STLs is now easier and more intuitive. We’ve redesigned the export process to bring all the essential options into a single, easy-to-follow popup. Now you can quickly decide if your models should be solid or hollow, adjust settings for walls and resolution, and access full configurations for hollowing and waxing with just a click.

Photo Tools with Guides for Your iPad and iPhone
Taking standardized, high-quality patient photos is now a breeze. Titan now includes an option to use your iPad, iPhone, or webcam with built-in guides. These guidelines help you achieve the perfect patient posture and orientation every time, ensuring your photos are consistent and professional.

Redesigned Button Attachments for Direct Printing
After extensive validation, we’ve refined our selection of button attachments for elastics. We have narrowed them down to the perfect set that not only prints flawlessly with direct printing but can also be used for thermoforming when using a tough resin.
AI-Powered Facial Measurements and Analysis
Titan AI is getting even smarter! In addition to analyzing dental scans, our AI now uses face scans to automatically fill in the facial information in the Diagnosis Findings Form.
It generates measurements, shows symmetry planes, and highlights important angles and distances to help you create a comprehensive and accurate facial analysis.
Improved Financial Screens
Managing your budget just got easier. We’ve revamped the financial screens to give you a clearer picture of your practice’s finances.
This version includes new helpers to keep you on track, from pricing estimates when sending cases to labs, to showing the time remaining on active bonuses and available discounts. Navigating your pricing options has never been easier.
