The Bug Report feature allows users to send questions, issues, and suggestions directly to our support team. These reports are tracked as conversations, enabling continuous follow-up until the problem is resolved. This ensures that every user concern is addressed promptly and effectively.
To access this feature, click on the help icon located at the bottom left of the chat menu. In the help menu, you will find a “Report a Bug” button, which opens the menu referred to in the text above.
